و الشيء الذي فعلا يجلب الإحباط .. أنك ما زلت في نفس النقطة أو نفس الموقف .. كل ما تفعله أنك تكرر على نفسك نفس المشاهد .. مره تلو المرة تلو المرة ..و هذا مايجلب لنا الإرهاق الذهني ..
أظن علينا إلهاء العقل بأمور أخرى .. أي شيء تلهيه ..بحيث ما عاد أفكر في نفس الموضوع ..
من جد مرهق .. و كأن طاقتك سحبت منك ..
أخي سلطان إذا كان موضوعك منتهي من الطرف الأخر .. فأقفل الباب دونه و أسأل أن يرزقك خيرا منه .. و يخلف عليك في مصيبتك ..
صحة الإنسان هي رأس ماله .. و دونها لا يمكنك فعل الكثير ..

كل هذه الفترة أحاول ان اعرف اذا هو منتهي ام لا ,, صدقيني لا أعرف ,, يمكن لو تقرين بعض مشاركاتي هنا في الايام الماضية ...

من جد النوم ما منه فكه ابدا ,, احاول اقرا قبل النوم ,, بعض الاحيان انام عادي وبعض الاحيان اجلس اقرا لوقت طويل
