موضوع علمي عن اضطراب الشخصية الهستيري معروف (الهرعاني)


تعريف



هو نوع من اضطرابات الشخصية يتميز بمبالغة كبيرة في الذات وتشبه الحالة او تشبه بالاداء المسرحي حيث يكون التعبير مبالغ فيه عن المشاعر وقابلية الشخص للايحاء والتاثر السهل بالاخرين ووجدانية مسطحة وهشة وذاتية وانغماس في الذات وعدم وضع اعتبار للاخرين واشتياق دائم للتقدير واحاسيس بسهولة الايلام والنهم للاثارة والنشاطات التي يكون هو او هي فيها مركز للانتباه وسلوك ابتزازي دائم للوصول الى الاغراض الذاتية


طبعا يثير لفظ هستيريا الخوف والفزع بين الناس ويحسبه الناس انها نوع من الجنون او او الخ وهذا امر خاطئ جدا.


الشخصية الهستيرية ليست مرضا ولكنها تقلب في العاطفة وتغير سريع في الوجدان لاتفه الاسباب مع سطحية الانفعال في كل الاحوال.

فهناك كمثال قريب الفتاة التي تثور من اجل حبها وتصل حتى لهجر عائلتها وبيتها لتتزوج من حبيبها.وما تلبث بعد فترة قصيرة تبدا عاطفتها في التدهور وتبحث عن عاطفة اخرى بديلة

لماذا ذكرت المراة في المثال:



لان هذا الاضطراب من الصعب تحديده في اي بلد إلا من خلال المتابعة في العيادات ومن الصعب تحديد شيوعها
يقدر نسبة وجودها ب 10%منالافراد من كلا الجنسين ولكن هذه النسبة اكثر شيوعا بين النساء عنها بين الرجال ويحتمل ارتفاع هذه النسبة إلى 30%عند النساء خصوصا في الدول العربية

Thanks for this topic, i just would like to add few points about the Hysterical personality.

Firstly, The desire to be loved but can't give this love in return and that goes back to the NARACISSIM which is the love directed towrds one self image.

Secondly, they always try to keep their desire unsatisfied ,so the other partner doen't really know how to satify her needs or desire.This is why it's so diffecult to deal with them.

I. Refrence to that Freud addressed this question and which remained unanswered "WHAT DOES THE WOMAN WANT?"
AS THEY HARDLY YOU CAN SATISFY A WOMAN'S DESIRE.


It have been said that the most sucssefull mariages is among the obssives and hysterics ,why? this is needs another day work!!!!
This all what i have at the momnet.
