دور المادة p في الاكتئاب للنقاش
 

السلام عليكم

المادة p هي ناقل عصبي neurotansimitter
Substance P, which activates receptors called NK, for neurokinine, NK1, NK2 and NK3, has various effects

It induces vasodilation: in intravenous injection, substance P induces a very important vasodilation, and after intradermal injection, it elicits a redness and a pain resembling that which the histamine causes. On the contrary, when the substance P is introduced into cerebral ventricles in animals, it elicits an arterial hypertension.
It modifies certain secretions: increase in salivary secretion, decrease of insulin secretion, decrease of biliary secretion, increase histamine release.
The relationships between substance P and pain are complex and one finds in the literature conflicting data about it. Substance P may ensure, in the spinal cord, the transmission of the noxious impulses. Morphine could act by decreasing the release of substance P.
Substance P could be implicated in certain mental disorders like depressive states
Substance P induces nausea and vomiting.

ما يهمنا في كل ذلك ان لها دور في الاكتئاب والالم البدني والنفسي والقلق

واثناء البحث عن ماهية دواء مثل ليريكا وجدت الاتي

انه يمنع او يقلل من اطلاق المادة بي وبالتالي يحدث تسكينا ل الالم كما وجد ان المورفين يمنع من اطلاق هالمادة ايضا

ووجد ان منع اطلاقها يؤدي الي رفع مزاج وقتل الم وقلق

** الدكتور محمد عبد العليم في اسلام ويب ذكر اسم هالمادة فقط وقال ان لها دور في احداث الاكتئاب فقط
ولم يذكر تفاصيل الا اسمها

** اريد من الاخ ماندوزا وباقي الاخوة ان يمدوني بعلومات اكثر عن هذه المادة واثرها في احداث الاكتئاب

وجدت ان الادوية التي تحد من اطلاق المادة بي وجلوتاميت يمكن ان تعالج الاكتئاب والقلق والالم علي حد سواء

مهما بحثت لن تجد اجابه صريحه

لهذا اذا كنت قد تحسنت فالحمد لله لكن ما جعلك تتحسن لا يجعل غيرك يتحسن

خلك على ادوية السيروتونين ،، جرب بروزاك لانه يعمل ايضا على دائرة المكافأه او الجزاء في prefrontal cortex وعليه ابحاث كثيرة من هذي الناحية وانا لي تجربة معاه هو الدواء الوحيد اللي وصلني الى حالة الهوس الخفيف لكن اصبحت متهور نوعا ما استمر معي المفعول لفترة بسيطة ومن ثم عدت للقطب الاكتئابي

خوي مللت من ادوية السيروتونين التقليدية
حتي افيكسور وبجرعات عالية لم يفلح معي كما كنت اتوقع منه

بروزاك خوي يسبب لي صداع شديد لا ادري لماذا ؟؟

what about supstance p

It will build tolerance after several weeks or even a few days in some ppl (depends on ur condition) ! Then u will need to up the dosage to get the old effectiveness from it ,, be carful please and folow ur doctor
