normal islamic rules for marry awomen are :
1. accepting of here father or his altrnative according to shareea
2. accepting of the women here self without any kind of aggerssive of force
3. 2 witness
4 . annoucing public
what i know about almessyar the firest three demands is there except no. 4 ( he will tell the public but not in his origin residntal area but in the city were he got married
also she canot force him to stay with here for along time
because he is atravelor one day in this city the next in the third city
if he has awife she wold not know that his second married is mesyyaar & may be the ,mesyyars,wife he did

يريدونها أنثى ولايريدونها زوجة ولكن الزواج صحيح ..
