مرحبا
هذا كان سؤالي له
Thank you very much for your response quick
I've got friends on the Internet suffers from the same problem
Some of them held the sympathetic nerve stapling operation, but after six months he returned flush again
The question is, Will he come back redness in case if I had the surgery
Another question, what are the side effects?
_______________
وهذا كان رده على سؤالي
I've seen symptoms returned after clamping the nerve, which is why I don't clamp the nerve.
To lessen the chance (5%) of the nerve being able to reconnect, I cauterize the cut ends of the nerve after I have divided it. This lessens the chance of the nerve being able to reconnect.
Side effects of my MicroETS is cs (compensatory sweating) on the chest and back. Most patients develop mild to moderate cs which is tolerated ok for most. Severe cs can be treated with oral medication such as Oxybutynin or by laser (dual laser delivery of energy to the sweat glands to lessen the sweat production).
You would have dry hands and warm hands following MicroETS too so you would need to apply lotion on your hands twice to three times a day.
Sincerely,
Dr David Nielson
