Yes, what you have was anxiety attack and it is treatable by changing your thoughts and taking the med which is has to be prescribed by your doctor.
You see, this disorder is not a life threatening condition but it is really life changing. If you have chosen to treat yourself by med ( ssri ) then you should expect a 2 weeks of side effects. Those effects include heightened anxiety and restless legs but it will ease by the time.
