Dear colleague Dr. Ahmad , Thanks to your time for helping bronchial asthma patients but you can immagin that many of them overestimate their conditions many of them do not close their nose on using the inhaler. As some receptors are affected by transmittors that released with stress or psychologic instability the stress should be pre managed . As for exercise induced asthma we give the inhaler with ongoing anti-inflamatory and let the child play with extra dose inhaler just before game. During expected stress as terminal school exam same policy should be done. Your struggle in patient and family education deserves deep respect .
