Dear sis, the real remedy for us is the Quran and Roquia, believe me I feel much better with Roquia. I'm suffering like you , if not more, and the only support is Quran.
You may travel or go everywhere looking for remedy and rest, but believe me you have it so near. It is the Thaker and Quran
