help me and my son

al wa alykom
this is my problem:
My son is 3 years old and he still not talking and we have done the hearing test and it was clear
I was thinking that he is late talking because we live in london and at home we speak arabic and outside the home just English and 6 months ago he started nursery school.Our health visitor sent him to speech therapy and we r going in 2 weeks time.
Can you please advise me what to do and if there is any thing I could do to help him start talking.
